New Construction Field Supervisor 

Woods Comfort Systems is looking for an HVAC Field Supervisor with a strong background in residenital new construction. This individual will manage our skilled installation crews in a high volume, fast paced working environment. If you are interested in more information, apply today!

Primary Job Function: 

  • High volume residential/new construction
  • Manage installation crews and ensure all work is done efficiently and complies with all codes and company standards.
  • Daily, on-site troubleshooting
  • Enforce on-site safety standards and regulations
  • Update and monitor schedules to ensure job readiness
  • Manage variance purchase orders and change orders according to the company process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining consistent communication throughout the project, and resolving all customer issues immediately and professionally
  • Assist in the management of materials on jobsite.
  • Perform pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
  • Keep records on crew performance and production
  • Effectively act as liaison between management and customers
  • Report deviations, inefficiencies, and problems to management with accuracy and urgency
  • Provide touchups and small repairs as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
      • 3+ years HVAC experience in residential new construction 
      • Prior supervisory experience required
      • Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
      • Strong communication skills
      • Highly orgzanied with attention to detail
      • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
      • Operate scissor and genie lifts in a safe manner.
      • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
      • Experience making repair and replacement decisions.
      • Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
      • Ability to perform load calculations.
      • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
      • Advanced customer service skills.
      • Advanced communication skills with service technicians and other team members.
